We ship to BFPO Addresses. Due to shipping constraints we are unable to ship to the USA or Canada.
Here at the Organic Towel Company we usually dispatch your order within 3-4 days. Shipping for smaller items is sent first class recorded delivery and larger items by courier. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock you will be notified of estimated dispatch date. If you have any queries regarding ordering please call 01253 701518. The Organic Towel Company shall not be liable for any loss and damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its control, such as compliance with laws and regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the purchaser, acts of civil or military authority etc.
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied then you can return the product in its new and re-saleable condition within 14 days and we will send you a replacement or refund which ever you prefer.
The customer will bear the cost of return which will only be refunded if goods are faulty.

Credit card refunds will only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with. Please obtain a "proof of postage certificate" free from your post office, for your own benefit. We cannot refund or credit any washed/worn items or any skincare opened and used.
